Each Scoop is a surprise mix of cute goodies like stationery, plushies, self-care items, accessories, and more — thoughtfully curated using the preferences you share with us.
What are the Scoop sizes?
- Lil Joy Scoop (mini scoop) – a small taste of the Sweet Joy surprise
- Single Joy Scoop – one full mystery scoop
- Double Joy Scoop – two scoops + 1 Sweet Joy Capsule
- Triple Joy Scoop – three scoops + 2 Sweet Joy Capsules
What is the Sweet Joy Luxe Bundle?
The Luxe Bundle is our most personalized experience. Every bundle is hand-curated based on the preferences, wish list items, and exclusions you share with us, and includes a complimentary Reveal Video so you can watch your bundle come together.
What is a Sweet Joy Capsule?
A Sweet Joy Capsule is a bonus specialty item — things like cozy blankets, tumblers, bags, beauty favorites, creative kits, self-care items, and more — that can be added to a Scoop order. Some Scoop sizes include Capsules automatically; you can also add one at checkout on the Scoops page.
What are Mini & Full Reveal Videos?
Optional add-ons available on the Scoops page. A Mini Reveal Video is a quick sneak peek as your capsules are revealed and items are scooped. A Full Reveal Video is a longer, detailed reveal of your entire order before it ships. Reveal Videos are included automatically with the Sweet Joy Luxe Bundle.

Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Our current processing time is always posted in the announcement bar at the top of our website, since it can change with order volume, holidays, and promotions. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time — transit begins only after your order has been curated and handed off to the carrier. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Can I choose which characters or items I receive?
Part of the joy is the surprise! You can share your preferences, wish list, and exclusions when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate them — but specific items, characters, or themes can never be guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future!
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Because every order is thoughtfully curated specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are approved only in rare circumstances and at our sole discretion. If a cancellation is approved before curation has begun, a 5% cancellation fee applies to help cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs. Once curation has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — email us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@scoopofsweetjoy.com with your order number and the changes you'd like, and we'll do our best to update it before curation begins.
