Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We process orders without a video within one week and with a TikTok Video within 2 weeks. This may be subject to change due to volume.  We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners.  We are not responsible for damages occurring during shipping.  Please reach out to the shipping partner used to file any damage claims.

Can I choose which characters I receive?

Part of the joy is the surprise! However, you can state your character and color preferences when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that preferences cannot be guaranteed.  

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our mystery collectibles, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
