1. Our Products

Scoop of Sweet Joy specializes in thoughtfully curated surprise experiences. Our products are designed to bring joy through carefully selected items based on the preferences you provide.

While we carefully consider every preference and request, part of the Sweet Joy experience is the excitement of surprise. We cannot guarantee specific items, brands, characters, colors, themes, or styles unless expressly stated in the product listing.

Product photos are representative examples and may not reflect current inventory.

2. Customer Preferences

Many of our products allow you to share preferences, wish list items, favorite characters, themes, colors, hobbies, interests, and exclusions.

We carefully review every note and thoughtfully curate each order using the information you provide. However, all requests are subject to inventory availability, and accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, preferences may be updated within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@scoopofsweetjoy.com with your order number.

3. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

From time to time, Scoop of Sweet Joy may offer promotions, coupon codes, or special discounts. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and may not be combined unless specifically stated.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Pricing or listing errors
• Inventory shortages
• Violation of these Terms of Service

If we cancel an order before curation begins, you will receive a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Processing & Shipping

Processing times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, inventory, or other circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Scoop of Sweet Joy is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other shipping disruptions beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because every Scoop, Sweet Joy Capsule, and Sweet Joy Luxe Bundle is thoughtfully curated specifically for you, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Approved cancellations are rare and are granted solely at the discretion of Scoop of Sweet Joy. If a cancellation is approved before curation has begun, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to help cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs.

7. Reveal Videos

Reveal Videos are optional add-ons unless otherwise included with your purchase.

Mini Reveal Videos and Full Reveal Videos are created for entertainment purposes and to enhance your Sweet Joy experience.

Scoop of Sweet Joy reserves the right to use Reveal Videos, photos, or other content created during the fulfillment process for marketing, advertising, or social media unless a customer requests otherwise prior to curation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, videos, designs, text, and other creative materials, is the property of Scoop of Sweet Joy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoop of Sweet Joy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
