At Scoop of Sweet Joy, every order is thoughtfully curated just for you. Because each Scoop, Sweet Joy Capsule, and Sweet Joy Luxe Bundle is personalized based on your preferences, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on curated orders.

Order Changes

If you need to update your preferences or forgot to include something, we're happy to help! Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@scoopofsweetjoy.com with your order number and any additions or changes. We'll do our best to update your order before curation begins.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin planning and curating orders shortly after they are placed, cancellations are only approved in rare circumstances and are at the sole discretion of Scoop of Sweet Joy.

If a cancellation is approved before curation has begun, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs.

Once we have begun curating your order, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Product Availability

We carefully review every preference and request while curating your order. Although we do our very best to accommodate requests whenever possible, we cannot guarantee specific items, characters, brands, colors, or themes due to inventory availability.
