Every preference and request is carefully reviewed during the curation process. While we can't guarantee every specific request or item will be available, we'll always do our very best to thoughtfully curate a Scoop that reflects your style and brings you Sweet Joy.

Every Scoop is thoughtfully curated by hand, making each one completely unique. No two Scoops are exactly alike, but every order is created with the same goal: to deliver a joyful surprise you'll love opening.

Need to update your preferences? No problem! If you think of something after placing your order, simply email us within 24 hours with your order number and your requested additions or changes. We'll do our best to update your preferences before we begin curating your order. Please email hello@scoopofsweetjoy.com.

Because every Scoop is curated specifically for you, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been placed.
